About the programme

Training and development

• Trainees will engage in a wide variety of fundamental trainings, including product knowledge, operations, product promotion, sales channels and development
• Trainees will go through holistic on-the-job training which covers both sales and marketing. They will benefit from the broad exposure to telecommunication business operations, as well as the whole industry
• Trainees will work closely with different functional units to deliver the best services to customers and make recommendations for improvement
• The programme helps graduates establish career aspirations and identify a clear career development plan

Feedback

• Trainees will receive Intensive coaching and feedback from appointed mentors, colleagues and mangers
• Self-assessment shall be conducted by trainees during and after the training period

Application requirement

• Final year students, fresh graduates, post-graduates, with less than two years work experience majoring in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or other related disciplines
• Individuals who are enthusiastic and passionate about telecommunication and have sound business acumen, strong analytical and interpersonal skills
